The Esprit Wellness Family

Thank goodness for the incredible staff at Esprit Wellness/Sid Chiropractic. Mark and John kept us laughing and postive. Wonderful Angela keeps the place sane and running smoothly.

Dr. Sid takes on one Intensive at a time. Kendall received a tremendous amount of personal attention during the program. The regular patients came in to do their exercises late afternoon and evenings. It was fantastic meeting all the other patients and hearing their success stories.

Our Two Week Results

After two weeks Kendall was x-rayed again to get a better
idea on how the exercises were working for her. Using Cobb Angles Kendall's upper curve improved from a 46 degrees to 40. Her lower curve improved from 43 degrees to 34. We were very happy with the results. What it gave us for the first time was hope. All these years of being told there was nothing we could do to correct scoliosis were very frustrating. We now have a non surgical option that can work.

What's next? Kendall was assigned an exercise program to do at home. She will continue to do several of the exercises she learned including the chair. The chair is a huge financial investment but an integral part of the program. The exercises take Kendall between 1 1/2 to 2 hours to complete. Dr. Sid would like her to complete them twice each day and three times on the weekend. It is a huge commitment for Kendall. By doing the exercises she should be able to not only maintain her improvements but we hope she will continue to straighten her spine. She will schedule some follow up appointments and then return in August to do another Intensive but this time for one week.

Working Hard Week Two

The staff at Sid Chiropractic worked very closely with Kendall to tailor the program to work specifically for her curves. Dr. Sid even tried out the exercises himself to make sure they were doing what he wanted for her.

Week two they were ready to work hard on the correction. Kendall spent a great deal of time in the Scoliosis Traction Chair. She sat in it sideways with head weights to help repostion her neck.
